Scope and operator

Pixeltronica.com ("the site") is operated by Pixeltronica.

These terms apply to pixeltronica.com and its subdomains operated by Pixeltronica ("we", "us" and "our"), unless separate terms are provided for a particular site or experience. You can contact us at hello@pixeltronica.com.

The sites may be used for Pixeltronica’s own services, demonstrations and promotional activities, or as campaign websites and playable music experiences for clients, including artists, labels, agencies, festivals and brands.

These terms govern use of the sites and interactive content. Please read any additional terms displayed for a particular campaign, competition or service. Those additional terms apply to the activity they describe. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and browser storage are handled; it is not a request for consent to processing.

Using the sites

You may browse the sites, play experiences made available to you and share links for their intended informational, entertainment or promotional purposes. Our standard experiences do not require an account or payment to play.

Please do not interfere with the sites, overload their infrastructure, introduce malicious software, bypass access restrictions or attempt to access information or systems without authorisation. Do not manipulate campaign results, scores or entries to obtain a prize or other benefit unfairly.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Content and intellectual property

Text, branding, graphics, music, artwork, software and other material belong to Pixeltronica, the relevant client or other rights holders, or are used with permission. Making content available on a site does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial licence.

Except where expressly permitted or allowed by law, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell or commercially exploit that material without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Permission to share a link does not grant permission to reuse the music, artwork or software separately.

Playable experiences and campaigns

Playable experiences, prototypes and demonstrations are provided for entertainment, demonstration or promotional purposes, as described on the relevant site. They may be updated, withdrawn or temporarily unavailable. Browser and device capabilities may affect performance.

You are responsible for choosing a suitable device, maintaining your internet connection and any associated data charges. Playable experiences are provided for entertainment and promotional purposes. They are not intended for use where interruption or failure could cause harm or material loss. These provisions do not exclude or limit any responsibility we have under applicable law.

Locally saved scores may be lost if you clear browser data, change devices or browsers, or the experience is updated. A displayed score does not by itself establish a right to a prize or other reward.

Any competition or prize promotion must have its own rules, including the promoter’s identity, eligibility, entry requirements, closing date and how winners are selected. Those rules govern participation in that promotion.

A client’s branding on a campaign site does not mean Pixeltronica is the seller, ticket provider or competition promoter. The relevant site or activity will identify the responsible organisation.

Information and commercial services

We take reasonable care with website information, but do not promise that every page, experience or external link will always be accurate, available, error-free or up to date.

General descriptions and indicative prices are not, by themselves, a binding quotation or agreement to provide a particular service. Commissioned work is subject to a separate agreement covering scope, fees, delivery, licensing, intellectual property, confidentiality and each party’s responsibilities. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

External services

Links may take you to third-party services, including streaming platforms, ticket sellers, shops and social networks. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Unless expressly stated, we do not operate them or act as a party to transactions you enter into with them.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you use a site as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude that responsibility through a general statement that the site is provided without guarantees.

If you use a site for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability arising from that public-site use for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings, and for indirect or consequential loss. Liability for commissioned services is addressed in the separate client agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the sites, services or legal requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision. Updates do not retrospectively alter an existing client agreement or an accepted competition entry.
